Dance Works has competitive fees and offers one of the best discount packages when you register for multiple dance classes on the Coast!!

DWA is now accepting VISA & MASTERCARD as a payment options for those who wish it.

1 HR CLASS

1 Class = $135 x 4

2 Classes = $218 x 4

3 Classes = $287 x 4

4 Classes = $346 x 4

¾ HR CLASS

1 Class = $108 x 4

2 Classes = $191 x 4

3 Classes = $260 x 4

4 Classes = $309 x 4

½ HR CLASS

1 Class = $72 x 4

2 Classes = $135 x 4

3 Classes = $185 x 4

Unlimited Classes for the Price of 4!!!!

It’s back again, the unlimited package for serious dancers!!! If you register for 4 classes (not including comp classes) you can take as many additional classes as you like for free. All you will be responsible for is the costume fees. Students must maintain a good attendance record in order to maintain eligibility for this program. This package applies to each individual student and cannot be divided amongst family members. See above pricing for family discount rates. Competitive Class Pricing

For any students in the 4+ class package: Comp classes are at a discounted price of :

1st Comp Class = $288

Any Additional Comp Classes = $150 each

Costumes

Costumes = $50 per class

Costume fees can be included into your fee payments or you can pay separately with a post dated marked for November 2011. After November 30th, costume fees are non refundable.

Payment Plan Options

If payment installments made monthly or quarterly are required, post dated cheques must be handed in by the first class. This is necessary for us to keep administrative costs down and avoid late payments to our teachers. Any late post dated cheques will be charged a late fee of 5% on the total amount of the school years fees every month that they are late. For cheques that are more than 3 months late discontinuation of the class or classes may be required and a discontinuation fee will be issued. In an effort to make payment more convenient for you Dance Works will now be accepting Credit Card payments that will be automatically withdrawn from you card number on file on the dates pre-arranged between you and the Dance Works office. If Cash is your chosen method of payment, then full payment for the entire year (September – June) is required upon registration.

Registration Fee

Festival, Competition & Exam Fees

Students who are enrolled or signed up for Festival's, Competition's & or Exam's are responsible for the fees involved. These are fees that are payed by Dance Works to the Exam, Compeition or Festival Coordinator on behalf of the student. These fees vary and are NOT included in your class fees. Notification will be sent to you to specify the exact amounts of these fees as their due dates approach. Any questions regarding these costs please feel free to contact the Dance Works Office.

DW Registration Policies

Because Dance Works is only able to operate classes based on sufficient enrollment we do not offer refunds for discontinued classes other than medical or extenuating circumstances.

When you register for a class you are registering for 1 semester (1/2 year). If you decide not to continue for the second semester you are not obligated. Because of this all student must either pay for or give postdated cheques for the entire year when they register. This will help us to ensure that classes will not be cancelled on committed students part way through a semester.

Cancelled Classes

Dance Works does not offer refunds for cancelled classes. We do however schedule make up classes. Make up classes are NOT scheduled for classes cancelled due to forces of nature (ie. Snow Days,Electrical Outages, Etc.)

Late Fees

Any fees that are not received within 30 days of due date will be subject to a 5% late fee for every month past due.

NSF Cheques

Any NSF(returned) Cheques will subject to a $32 dollar fee.
